Honey, Ghee, and Tea
August 22nd, 2018There are those people that seem to be able to do everything. They attend 2 yoga classes a day, they do an hour long meditation every morning, they’re eating the “prettiest” and healthiest looking foods, they’re at a new wellness retreat every month striking a pose on an exotic island (and everything is beautifully documented on social media!) – And I think to myself, I wish I could be like that!
I’m a full-time mom, a full-time professional, a student, and with the level of crazy my life is – I barely have enough energy to get through the day! I wish I had half the time this person appears to have. I would be so fit, feel great, and have glow-y skin. Most of us are in the same boat, we look at this other person and think, I’m not that person, I don’t have that time, and so I’m not even going to try and so we give up before we even start.
This was my inspiration for creating Honey, Ghee, and Tea. To help you (and myself!) maintain a lifestyle that incorporates the sweetness of honey, the purity of ghee, and the calmness of tea in today’s busy world.

Me too! I recently discovered the beauty of an Ayurvedic lifestyle and am hoping to share some of the invaluable knowledge I have gained so that together we can feel fully alive.
