In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour, baking soda, date sugar, sea salt, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, and turmeric powder. Stir to combine.
Into the same bowl, add in melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
Fold in chocolate/carob chips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop the dough into 1 1/2 tbsp balls and drop onto the parchment paper.
Gently flatten dough into a cookie shape using your hands. The cookies won’t spread much during baking.
Place baking sheet in oven and allow to bake for 25-27 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy!
*Note: These cookies can be made without chocolate chips as chocolate is aggravating to Vata-type individuals. In order to do this, omit the chocolate chips and add in an additional 1/3 cup of date sugar or replace chocolate chips with golden raisins. The raisin cookies taste great!!
